Experts say we should be eating at least two portions of fish a week but a new infographic has revealed that Britons are woefully behind in their recommended quota as 75 per cent admit they are scared to cook fish.
In fact, fish is nowhere to be seen on the dishes we think are easiest to cook, falling behind pasta, chicken, potatoes, vegetables and rice.
The study also revealed that nearly a quarter of children think haddock is a footballer and almost half (44 per cent) draw a blank when asked what sea bass is.
